Do you keep finding yourself in the same toxic relationships? Repeating those same patterns? Making the same choices, even though you swore you would never do THAT again? You're not alone. In my counseling practice, I'll guide you to learn how these cycles occur and what you can do to put an end to it. We'll take a look at how your awareness is shaped by more powerful forces-- more specifically, the thoughts and beliefs that form beneath your day to day awareness. We will also consider the influences of family, society, relationships, and environment. I'll help you find your truth, so you can make choices to be proud of.
